Levin Silbert is a multidisciplinary design studio at the intersection of branding and architectural environments.

With a seamless process of design and implementation management, we bring together brand + architecture as an integrated experience for the built environment. Capabilities include brand identity, marketing, environmental graphics, signage, wayfinding, exhibit, and digital platforms.

Creative Director

Lesley Maia

Lesley is a designer, strategist, artist and photographer. After receiving her MFA from Rhode Island School of Design, Lesley went on to work in product and furniture design for several decades, overseeing the creation and development of brand identity and promotional materials for an international roster of private clients and numerous arts and non-profit organizations. Lesley’s design and photography work has won multiple awards and is in collections of the MoMA, Brooklyn Museum, V&A Museum, Chicago Athenaeum, as well as private collections worldwide.

Samantha Tong

Sam is a cross-disciplinary designer at the intersection between the natural and built environments. With an academic foundation in Environmental Studies and Art, she is currently in an advanced Interior Design Program. Having taught Branding and Marketing to Graphic Design students in NYC, Sam’s premise is that good design is rooted in clarity and simplicity.

Kyle Reath

Kyle has vast expertise in the planning, development, and management of large signage and wayfinding programs. His architectural and engineering education, as well as early involvement on the fabrication and implementation management side, provides unique insight on design, fabrication techniques, and implementation logistics. Kyle’s experience with many top architects, developers, and institutions include a range of work in transportation, development, retail, civic and commercial projects. He is an UrbanPlan instructor with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and is a member of AlA, SEGD, and the Retail Design Institute (RDI).

Rodrigo De Salvo

Rodrigo is an award-winning industrial designer specializing in product development and circular design aimed to enhance the connection between environments, brands, and users. His work methodology includes high end visualization, modeling techniques and fast prototyping. For over 20 years he has created product solutions across multiple industries and has lectured on Industrial Design, Food Design, and Experience Design at the University of Buenos Aires and National University UNRaf.

Naomi Pearson

Naomi brings a wide breadth of knowledge and skills honed over two decades of award-winning solutions, experiential design, and sustainable practice. By fusing context with client goals and engaging visuals, her work is developed around meaningful and memorable place-making. Naomi’s in-depth understanding of sustainable practices has been presented in leading industry publications and speaking engagements. She is a contributing member of the Society for Experiential Graphic Design’s Sustainability Forum for the SEGD Green Paper, “Best Practices, Strategies, and Scenarios for Sustainability.”

Technology & Design

Lauren Kelly Sheridan

For over two decades, Lauren has designed, built, and deployed web-based products at the intersection of technology and design. She has designed technology that streamlines auditing processes in physical spaces such as hospitals, healthcare campuses, retail stores, and universities. The app is tied to a custom, cloud-based system which facilitates ongoing information management. Her work has been featured at major architectural installations across the country. Lauren served as a Chapter Chair of SEGD and on the board of AIGA Chapter as the Programming Co-Chair.
